1. What payment methods can I use?
CHI accepts major credit cards and debit cards for orphan sponsorship. Please do not send cash.
2. How can I make a payment?
- Automatic Payments - Through this website, you will be set up to make automatic payments using your credit or debit card. You can select from monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment options.
- By Phone - Using a credit card, you may pay by phone by calling us at (314) 890-0086.
3. Can I pay by Credit/Debit Card?
Yes. CHI accepts all major credit and debit cards.
4. Will I be billed?
Billing is not necessary because you will be set up for automatic payments. You will receive an emailed receipt for each contribution.
5. Do I have to pay my sponsorship one month at a time?
No. In your account information, you can select to have your automatic payment charged monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
6. When and how often will I receive a contribution statement?
Contribution statements will be updated monthly and are available online through your secure account on our website.
7. Why wasn't my latest gift on my statement?
If your latest gift was not processed before the end of that statement period, it will appear on your next statement. If it does not, please contact our finance department at donate@childrenshope.net.
