Children's Hope is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Journey to Me, a blog and adoption resource site. It is our combined mission to bring more children into loving families, create strong networks of support for adoptive families, and to meet the needs of children still waiting for homes.
The Adoption Gathering Place
Journey to Me is the gathering place for families to learn more about adoption, share and read adoption stories, obtain educational information from experts and receive celebration gifts.
Families receive a free journal/blog, Similac adoption diaper bag, Adoption Today magazine discounts, and educational information from attachment and bonding expert Dr. Bryan Post.
In addition, Journey to Me will be offering its viewers and subscribers the opportunity to make a differnece in a child's life by sponsoring an orphan through Children's Hope International.
Much More than a Blog
Journey to Me was created to make a difference in children's lives. Their website went live in 2005.
- It's about the children and their ability to embrace adoption
- It's about families sharing stories and having a place to gather with other adoptive families
- It's about providing resources for families including pre and post adoption support
- It offers the capability to purchase a keepsake version of your blog in print or on CD
Journey to Me has applied for their non-profit 501(c)(3) status and should receive it by the end of 2007.
